Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Sacramento after 14 years as a school bus driver

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Sacramento. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
