Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Richmond. Thank you in advance. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
