Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond (Richmond)

A regional carrier near Richmond is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
