Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond, office manager here

A regional carrier near Richmond is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
