Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Richmond. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
