Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Richmond. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
