Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond - any advice?

A regional carrier near Richmond is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I worked as a bank teller before this. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
