Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Richmond - any advice?

Chidi Iyer · 2026-09-21T08:04:23.205Z

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Richmond. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
