Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Raleigh - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Raleigh. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
