Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Raleigh - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Raleigh. Any experience at all would help. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
