Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Raleigh - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Raleigh are hiring drivers with clean records. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
