Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Raleigh (update)

A regional carrier near Raleigh is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?
