Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Providence - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Providence is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
