Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Providence - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Providence are hiring drivers with clean records. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
