Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Portland - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Portland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
