Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Portland, bank teller here

A regional carrier near Portland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
