Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Pittsburgh - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Pittsburgh. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
