Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Pittsburgh - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Pittsburgh. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
