Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Phoenix - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Phoenix. I worked as a school bus driver before this. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
