Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Phoenix - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Phoenix are hiring drivers with clean records. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
