Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Phoenix - any advice?

A regional carrier near Phoenix is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
