Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Phoenix

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Phoenix. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
