Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Phoenix - 4 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Phoenix. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
