Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Omaha - first time posting

A regional carrier near Omaha is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
