Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Oklahoma City - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Oklahoma City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
