Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Oklahoma City - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Oklahoma City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Any experience at all would help. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
