Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Oklahoma City - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Oklahoma City are hiring drivers with clean records. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
