Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Oklahoma City

A regional carrier near Oklahoma City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?
