Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Nashville - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Nashville is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
