Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Nashville - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Nashville are hiring drivers with clean records. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
