Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Nashville - any advice?

A regional carrier near Nashville is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
