Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Minneapolis - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Minneapolis is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been a long 19 weeks. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
