Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Minneapolis, barista here

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Minneapolis. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
