Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Minneapolis - 3 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Minneapolis. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
