Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Milwaukee - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Milwaukee. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
