Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Milwaukee - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Milwaukee. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
