Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Milwaukee - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Milwaukee are hiring drivers with clean records. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
