Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Milwaukee

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Milwaukee. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
