Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Madison after 6 years as a production planner

Several delivery companies in Madison are hiring drivers with clean records. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
