Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Louisville - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Louisville. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
