Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Louisville - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Louisville are hiring drivers with clean records. I worked as a quality inspector before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
