Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Little Rock - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Little Rock are hiring drivers with clean records. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
