Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Little Rock

A regional carrier near Little Rock is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
