Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Little Rock

Several delivery companies in Little Rock are hiring drivers with clean records. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
