Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Knoxville - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Knoxville. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
