Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Knoxville - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Knoxville. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
