Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Knoxville - 4 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Knoxville. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
