Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Knoxville - 20 weeks in

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Knoxville. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
