Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Kansas City (update)

A regional carrier near Kansas City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
