Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Kansas City after 5 years as a bookkeeper

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Kansas City. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
